Shipping
- We ship orders within 2–5 business days after confirmation, depending on product availability.
- Free shipping applies to orders over 300 Georgian Lari.
- Stock levels may vary as some items are sourced from partner companies. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you promptly with alternatives or a refund.
- Shipping times depend on your location and the courier service. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
- You may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- To start a return or exchange, email us at info@softspot.ge with your order number.
- Items that have been used, are missing their original tag, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are inspected and approved. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
